Moving sucks!

Choke and I moved out of AG on Thursday .. I moved into my own 1BR apt in South Boulder and Choke moved in with Ree-Wan, Sadie and Yonder. Although living with Choke for the past 2 1/2 years was fun .. having my own place is the shiznizl ... until I get the bills .. where's that financial aid check? A big, big thanks to Darwar and 20Red for helping out with the move. If it weren't for them, Choke would've missed his birdie session that evening. Overall, the move went smoothly and everything's unpacked. It's a sure bet that I'll be at Target and WalMart over the next few weeks filling my new place with crap that I don't need but want. Will I ever learn?? Where's the beef?!

Done and Done

I've had it!! Nextel, Sprint or whatever the f&%$ they want to be called, has lost my business. I had a bad experience with their service center a couple of weeks ago and just now I tried to contact them in order to change my mailing address .. and they've somehow managed to screw that up. I'm fed up! Customer service can't be this bad ... can it? I've had my eye on the sidekick 3 as of late, however I have my reservations. The end is near ... time for change!!!

At 60 years old, Stallone can still throw a mean hook ... but can he lift a chair over his head while still sitting on it?! Rocky VI is in post-production and set to hit the theatres later this year ... really? I'm really not sure what to think about this Rocky comeback. I'm a fan of the Rocky series but when Rocky V hit the big screen .. it was a discrace! Maybe this is an attempt to redeem Balboa's legacy .. maybe! Certainly, Tommy Gun was no match, especially on the streets. Will Mason Dixon be a worthy adversary? Will there be a 1st round knockout? As we all know, a 12 round jaw buster is in order. Anne Hathaway

Havoc was not good. Watching Hathaway undress ... very good. The movie was frustrating to watch .. especially when it's about two young teenage girls making incredibly stupid decisions. What will your kid be like ... please no girls, please no girls! Although the movie gets a big thumbs down, Hathaway's performance made me wish I was a teenager again ... well, just for a sec!

Where'd you go?

The fourth was fairly mellow. Sun by the pool, beer and burger at Old Chicago, fireworks at Folsom followed by a chocolate philly ... went to bed with a smile. What was really impressive were the fireworks at Coors Field on the 3rd. It was a great show but I've still to find a show that beats the works on the Charles in Boston. Without a doubt the best show I've seen to this day.
