Done and Done
I've had it!! Nextel, Sprint or whatever the f&%$ they want to be called, has lost my business. I had a bad experience with their service center a couple of weeks ago and just now I tried to contact them in order to change my mailing address .. and they've somehow managed to screw that up. I'm fed up! Customer service can't be this bad ... can it? I've had my eye on the sidekick 3 as of late, however I have my reservations. The end is near ... time for change!!!
