Turkey Day Recap

Choke and I hosted this years Thanksgiving feast. I had the pleasure of cooking the bird along with other traditional side dishes (mash potaters, yam w/ marshmellows, stuffing) ... Choke created a delicious broccoli casarole (yummm) along with homemade clam dip as an app and cornbread ... Brown busted out a traditional Filipino dish, Lumpia (tasted just as I remembered growing up) ... and Darwar brought over a bean dip. During the day, we feared there wasn't enough food for the 6 of us ... meanwhile our fridge is just as stuffed as I was after we ate. The food turned out great! There was plenty to go around and everything tasted manifique. Overall, another Thanksgiving day success! Till next year ...
