Brute Force

Last night was the first night I served my own tables at the OP. Overall, it was a cinch! Its been years since I've worked in the service industry (5 years working for my Dad btw 3 of the 5 restaurants he owned; and another 4 years at the Three Village Inn in Stony Brook, NY ... represent!), but it all came back to me as soon as I served my first table. What I did forget was how brute some asian woMEN can be. Don't get me wrong ... most asian women I know present themselves in the "normal" femanine manner. But the asian women I work with ... a totally different story. They walk like a man; they talk like a man (I'm not referring to the tone of their voice but more so how stern they speak ... to anyone, about anything); they carry food and tables like a man. Maybe they are men! No really ... I was afraid. I pictured one of these women on top of me ... nevermind ... I'm sure you get the picture. Forget Texas ... don't mess with asian women that work in Chinese restaurants!
